We monitor all flight arrival times to ensure that your chauffeur is at the terminal when you disembark. Regardless of how long your flight is delayed our driver will be waiting for you at the bottom of the escalators

Please remain inside the terminal until your driver has located you. In the event your plane is early you will also need to remain in this area

If you have missed your flight and have not notified our office, you will be declared as a ‘no show’ and charged full transfer costs in addition to cancellation charges

Adelaide Chauffeur and Tours will not be held liable if at the time of booking there is no mention of excess luggage, prams, baby seats, wheelchairs etc

Please note the luxury sedans ONLY fit 2 x large or 3 x medium suitcases.
Should you have more than this, please book a van

Mercedes van capacity - 5 x large or 6 x medium suitcases plus 6 x hand luggage

Should another vehicle need to be arranged, you will be charged the full rate for the original vehicle whether the driver completes the actual trip booked.
