Itinerary

9:00 am – Pickup

We'll collect you from your Adelaide CBD accommodation or another pre-arranged location before heading to Colonel William Light's Lookout, where you'll enjoy panoramic views over Adelaide while learning about the city's fascinating beginnings.

9:30 am – Guided Adelaide Walking Tour

Discover Adelaide's history, architecture and hidden gems on a guided walking tour through the heart of the city.

Highlights include:

• Adelaide Town Hall
• City Cross Arcade and the famous Balfours Frog Cakes
• Adelaide Arcade
• Rundle Mall and the iconic Mall's Balls
• North Terrace Cultural Precinct

11:30 am – Adelaide Central Market

Enjoy free time to browse one of Australia's oldest and most celebrated fresh produce markets. With over 70 traders and more than 150 years of history, you'll find artisan cheeses, local produce, chocolates, coffee, baked goods, gourmet delicacies and countless lunch options.

Please note: The Adelaide Central Market operates Tuesday to Saturday.

1:30 pm – Adelaide Zoo

Spend the afternoon exploring one of Australia's premier zoos, home to more than 2,400 animals representing over 200 native and exotic species. Encounter kangaroos, koalas, reptiles, birds and many other fascinating animals while wandering through beautifully landscaped grounds.

Optional – Penfolds Magill Estate Cellar Door

If you'd like to finish your day with a wine tasting, we can visit the historic Penfolds Cellar Door, one of Australia's most iconic wineries, before returning to Adelaide.

5:00 pm – Return to Adelaide

Relax as we return you to your accommodation after a memorable day exploring Adelaide's history, food, wildlife and optional wine experiences.
